What if you bought two of these and welded them together?

I went to install the whiteline roll centre kit and the ball joints dont fit in the knuckles, they're too tall by about 3-4mm and dont allow the pinch bolt to be put through. Anyone ever have an issue? I found one single thread with the exact same problem, no solution. Theres no rust or anything in the knuckle its clean.

Im looking at some other pinch bolt pics and it looks like you got more meat under the bolt hole but then i would think that would make ball joints 04 specific in your case, but if i look up 04 ball joints, its like the most universal part they ever made fitting every make and model

They arent specific, both the ball joints for steel arms and aluminum arms fit in it, the only other part# is the tribeca ball joint which is huge. I talked to whiteline and they've heard of the issue a few times over the years and had no fix for it, seems to be a problem with the knuckle castings. I wanted to do new knuckles, bearings and hubs but i didnt want to do them now lol. Ill set money aside as that will run me 3-400 bucks.
