Today was fun.
Found out it was indeed the tensioner that failed. it moved way to easily.
I"M VERY UNSURE WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!!
i bought an iag block a few weeks ago, This ej205 block is fine after looking at it.
Do i buy a new tensioner and run it till it dies?
Do i go ahead with the build of the new block?
and keep the old block to sell?
Took the valve cover off to find a few of the bolts holding the cam in were loose...
and one bolt was even broke off.
HOW THE HEL!!!!! DOES THIS HAPPEN????
you can see the broke off bolt in there. also scoring on the cam?
Taking off the intake manifold i forgot a plug... ripped the wires clean out... How the eff do i go about this.
i was thinking of making the wire longer, wrapping it around the metal plug and soldering it.
