Nitty gritty is right. I got the pedals and masters in, some more wiring and welded up a battery tray. I have to move the flasher switch cutout in the dash peice I drew. The wire harness wouldn't let me plug in the pedal switch and still reach to flasher switch location. Just hope they don't cut my aluminum first thing tomorrow morning.

Similar experience here. I'm one second one but it's been ok. Just not a lot of endurance if I have a starting issue

Yo... slow down..
You were just welding it up last week ...

Putting some of us to shame here...

Just my observation...
The fuel tank mounting brackets...
I dont think those tabs were designed to hold the fuel tank load.

I'd re-design to use straps....

Lol. Ya I'll slow down this week. Weather's crap again and I need to order brake lines, been looking at GM lines that are 3/8-24 to 10mm banjo. I feel your concern. On tank mounts, I'm probably going to add straps again. For now it's pretty secure, I'm 200 pounds and could jump up and down on it without it budging. I just need to figure out what I could mount straps to.
