There's nothing I hate more than wiring and wiring harnesses. But the stock one is finally out after battling with this crap. Hopefully dropping the new harness is will go smoother.

I'm also now considering looking at aftermarket options for a smaller heater core/blower assembly just for defrost. Was going to eliminate the HVAC all together, but that's a bit unsafe. Read on a couple other members journals of similar setups, so now that's on the maybe side of my build sheet.

3.5kw Lightweight Heater - Heating - Water - Heating
Here's one I was considering for when my ac delete is done, if I have problems with fogging up.

I saw a few good options in the same price point so glad that's there. The stock stuff isn't really super heavy, but it's just so bulky and I'd much rather have the extra space to work with. I'll have to check out your build to see how you throw it in there.

Goodies arrived from TSS fab today. It'll get powder coated with my sway bars and then thrown on. Pretty excited about it. My wife conveniently forgot that a box showed up today and I stumbled upon it locking doors as we wind down for the night. Typical.

Continued tear down trying to get the rear end off. Got to 4 booths left on the T Bar support and those guys are putting up a fight. Got frustrated and moved on. Got my engine on the stand to begin breakdown. Tried taking ample pictures for when I reassemble, but i'll probably enlist some help when that time comes. Got most of the lines and such off when tornado sirens went off, so the wife said car time was over and I had to go inside. Boo.

Maybe I'll get some more progress done tomorrow.
