We all have been there. Myself including...

Some say its not about the destination, its about the journey and after completing my project I think its about both.

Everytime I get into my car I think about those times that I had no motivation and I am so glad that I pushed through.

So get your shit together.

Dont become one of the "unfinished project statistic".

In your yard... So you live there... So it's not abandoned... some people just don't understand.

We've all been there. These projects take a lot of effort. Just do things in your own time. There's no point doing this if you're not getting enjoyment out of it.

I've sometimes found it helpful to write a list and start on the smallest items. No matter if it's something like cleaning the carpet to changing a lightbulb it's sometime enough to kickstart the motivation needed to get on with the larger items. So hopefully this is of some help.

Bringing your "favourite beverage" to the garage also worked for me !!!
Even if you consume that "beverage", pass out but have fun, it still counts.
