Haha no problem! This year was a busy one anyway since they changed so much. Glad I atleast got to see exotruck sitting at the service area though. I walked by right as Oliver was climbing out lol

We went to a non-published spectator spot, and another hidden spot this year and got some great shots. A lot of waiting around for those spots but worth it.

Default 2001 Impreza L | WRX swapped | Rust repairs and weight reduction!

Turned boost back up to 20 psi. Also leaned it out to 11:1 cause I forgot I left it at 10.8:1 for a while. Hitting targets pretty well. Little more tweaking and should be spot on.

Now that I did that dyno day, I know my g/s numbers are accurate, and I can finally say that my car makes 300whp. This was 304 g/s at 6500 rpm. Boost dropped a little to 19.5 because of the heat (100* iatís)....so I think the full 20psi and cooler temps would be a nice 310-320whp.

Quick engine bay picture after I got done cleaning all the dirt out from STPR. Also pretty sure I changed a few things since I last posted a pic of it here:

And a random picture of the car

Black engine bay (and everything inside) looks sick!

^Like he said congrats on 300. The car must feel great.

Do you have a better source for that gold heat wrap? Shit's like 30 bucks a roll at my local Autobone.

Thanks!

Iíve hit 300 g/s in my logs before, but this is the first time since knowing the log numbers are accurate for HP........and definitely the first time time in warm/hot weather. Usually I could only reach 300 in winter.

Built engine should be done soon anyway, and Iíll be shooting for 400 minimum....but still happy with 300 on a stock ej205.

Thanks! Sometimes I think I shouldíve painted the bay red, but I still love the black/dark bay color. Itís been a while but I think itís a dark gray metallic color.

Yea it feels pretty good at 20psi. Canít wait for temps to get a little cooler. Heat soak is a bitch lol.

And no, not really. That tape is pricey everywhere. Iím ashamed how many rolls Iíve bought. you can find them a little cheaper on eBay/amazon if you look enough, but not much cheaper than the parts stores.
