Got a Perrin EBCS. I was able to get it to play nice with my Emanage Ultimate. Have it set up to provide waste gate pressure, which is 4.5-5psi, below 3500rpm, above 3500 it will build 10psi.

First time using the slowmo feature of my phone's camera. Thought it would be a good test.

I like how you can see it transfer power to the rear after a second or two of the fronts digging in real time.

This didn't take long. Got curious on my boost ceiling. Looking at the datalogs I had plenty of injector left, so I turned it up. Emanage registered 14.8psi. But I think it's more like 13..13.5. Going from 5psi to 13psi is a strange but wonderful feeling.

I gotta quit smoking.

Thought I lowballed on the VSAero body kit that's on ebay. Nah, they accepted. At least I was on the four door kit! I really didn't want it right now, but that's okay.

Lost another one! Pulling up a freeway hill, 7-8 pounds had been built, maybe 40 percent throttle, by the time I recognized the pinging echoing off the jersey barrier next to me; James Bond mod. Smoke was white so I figured it was coolant, kept an eye on the coolant and oil temp gauges and they stayed safe, but when I pulled in my drive it died and the dipstick was bone dry.

I know I pull plenty of timing for that boost level, so unsure what happened, other than factory ECU didn't like what was happening. The only reason I haven't gone standalone is due to plug in emissions which I need to retain til at least 2026 unfortunately.

An NA 6 may be the next endeavor as this is the forth shortblock, and the forth time I'll be pulling it to replace internals since starting this project.

Confirmed hosed. Oil filter media is filled with bearing material. I want to go standalone at this point but I don't think I can with the automatic. The only manual swap worth doing is from an STi. That's a lot of money right up front. 6k+ for a Haltec and 6spd swap. Yikes! It's time to keep an eye on cL for a driving EZ30 car I think.

Have you considered Project Lambda?

Do you think an oil cooler is a better upgrade than an increased capacity oil pan?

A cooler would be active cooling, more capacity would be passive. My only qualm with Project Lambda is the cost of flash licenses. How "easy" was your MS Fryphax?
