I'm really interested in this project, since I have a ej18 as well. Any plans to dyno while still Naturally Aspirated? I would love to see the how much the ej18 has improved from your re-build.
I would have to convert to a VSS from my mechanical one, meaning opening up the transmission to change that, finding a 97 harness and splicing wires in my dash, then who knows what other issues would arise after that. Best just to slap it in the years it was meant for I suppose.
You are scouting some clean go fast goodies for that thing. Can't wait to see it all come together.
