sub'd to look over later! High rise scoop looks great, can't wait to get one from his next batch. Definitely after one of the printed cabin filter covers once you get any to spare.

Garage is a thing of dreams man! Also what all wood working things do you work on?

I haven't done any wood working projects in a while. I have built some canoes, a kayak, poker table etc... I want to make a paddleboard eventually but it will be a while. I need to put some kind of flooring upstairs the garage and put in some kind of dust collecting system.

kayak

canoe

poker table

I turned a small sunroom into a little bar/poker room and hung the kayak on the wall.

Damn that's some serious craftsmanship. Kayak looks great up on the wall! Can't wait to see more of your projects will have to keep an eye on that 802 website to drool over the vr4's

Woah.

Can you send me the files for the cabin air filter cover? I can print here in PLA or PVC.

Thanks. I am a member of that FB group already. I post to it occasionally. I was a member of the newenglandsubarus forum too but I think that has gone under.

Sorry I do not want to give that out as I've been selling them on ebay and facebook. I was going to post a for sale ad in the classified here, but I think I would need a vendor account which is $700 a year. I'd be lucky to break even.

I finished installing my IC system. I documented it here:

802Projects

I made a little HOWTO thread on the forum too:

Just some pics:

So now I think I've done everything I ever wanted to do to the GC. I'm going to give it a bath this week then I'll have it back out on the road. I haven't driven it since last summer. I'm still not sure if I'll be at Wicked Big Meet this year or not.

My drivers seat feet were getting a little rusty so I pulled the seat to sandblast/paint them. I also ordered some plastic feet covers for the rear since mine were missing. While everything is out I decided to mess with my carpet. The blue STi carpet has an extra hole that bulges out where the rear seat belt goes. It doesn't line up with the GC seat belt hole and it's very visible. I cut the bulge out, then cut a square section out around the whole. I was able to glue in a piece of extra carpet that I stole from underneath the rear seat area. It looks so much better now.

I made a quick video too documenting the other tweaks I made to the carpet.

Some more pics after I washed it and got it inspected for the first time in 3 years. Also bought a covercraft exact fit sunshade for it to keep the interior cool. I'm pretty much out of stuff I want to do to it unless I can track down a real prodrive p1 lip in good condition.
