2 people power FWD.

Cracked extension, I was very pissed.

Rear diff removal

Whole driveline out, oh and the axle back is just hanging because the Kartboy hangers were so hard to install, and seemed even harder to remove

Anyone have just the LSD for a r160 for sale?

Yay! new case extension came in the mail. Hopefully I can get it replaced and have the car running with the 6 speed over the long weekend.

6 speed transmission installed
Unfortunately I didn't get pics of the extension case apart with all the parts, our hands were super dirty.

Transmission and exhaust

Reverse lock out

Its pretty fun, more shifting gear especially on surface streets.

I'll have to verify when I drive the stock RS, to see what RPM it is on 5th gear at 70 MPH, but on the 6mt i'm at 3k RPM at 70. IIRC the 5mt is at 3200RPM at 70. So maybe I am saving some gas lol.

Installed DCCDPro
Finally installed and fully working DCCDPro Universal Controller. Jeff is great, good communications with him and good support for trouble shooting.

Using an add circuit to the fuse panel to power the controller

I located the controller under the knee crash pad.
Here is everything taken out to be wired in.

The STi Switch and Knob

I just need to wire in the lights to work with my ver 4 cluster. Kind of hard since I don't have the plug that goes into the cluster itself.

The car handles awesomely with the dccdpro, its more planted during turns.

I'm really happy that my old universal Momo shift boot works really well with the 6speed collar. I thought I was going to have to get a sti specific boot with the button.
