Question Cat delete pipe?

So the last owner of my car chopped the exhaust right behind the cat and just left it, so I'm looking for a solution. I would just get a cat back and call it done but of course they chopped off the flange at the back of the cat pipe, leaving no mounting point. I could buy a whole new cat pipe and then buy the catback, but I'd much rather just go catless than spend money on a whole new one. Does anybody make a simple cat delete pipe for the 96 Impreza or do I have to get some fab work done?

I found the tsudo test pipe with resonator for $180 but it says it's for a 98-05 RS. Will this fit a standard impreza?

second yes. you may want to wrap it though, it will have a small but noticeable amount of rasp and unpleasantness.

Thanks for the help. I guess that's what I'll be ordering as soon as I get my next paycheck. I will most likely wrap it, but in all honesty, it will almost definitely sound better than my current setup, no matter how raspy.
