Default Transmission Swap

Hello friends.

I have the drivetrain from a 02 WRX, being the 5 speed trnamission, wheel hubs, brakes, axles, and drive shaft. They're going to go into a 2000L, built in December of 99.

I do own a 97 5 speed ECU and wiring harness, but I can tell these are different from the 2000 I own.

So what on the electrical side do I need to support this transmission swap?

I have the matching Rear Diff, forgot that detail. Lets try again.
5 Speed Transmission.
Rear Diff.
Driveshaft.
4 Half shafts.
Rear Hubs.
Front Hubs.
Clutch Master Cylinder.
Pedal Set.
Clutch fluid distributor looking thingy.
97 Impreza 5 speed ECU with wiring harness.
Brakes & rotors.
Clutch.
Flywheel.
All subframe Mounts.
Manual Starter.

There we go, I even spelled Transmission correctly.
