Your emegency brake is on, and your battery is low on voltage...

However if you drove through water, you may have shorted something out.

Adding to the low voltage...it could be the alternator going out. Both those lights where on when my alternator went out.

if your brake lights are staying on, you might have accidentally flipped the switch on top of the steering wheel.

when my car started to die because my alternator sucked a big one, those two lights would flash/stay on.

also the brake light will stay on if your fluid is low in the m/c. so check that also. for the battery have your alternator checked cause its probably goin bad.

Brake and Batt light on together while driving is the manufacturer's built in indicator for low alternator charging voltage.

I have this problem as well. but they go on after more than 30 minutes drive, then after I got off the highway they turned off. I checked all the grounding and they seem fine. I also checked the battery and the alternator and both are fine AFA voltage
