Default Is my pp6 working?

Im running a 2.5 engine off of my 2.2 ecu. I had the 2.2 map loaded on the the pp6. I hooked up the laptop to see how it was working with the new motor. It was right around 14.7 at idle and closed loop. Thats all good. I do a 3rd gear pull and my afr shot up to 17:1 It averaged 15 from down low to up top. That was this afternoon. Every since then ive been making runs and trying to bring my afr's down to a sane level. Ive been added fuel like crazy. It started out at between -1and -4 fuel wise on my map. Ive since jumped up to 16. Is there a cap on how high i can go? I tried 4,6, 7,9 and 12 but my afr's were still like 14.4~14.0. So i put in 16 and still no change. The spiking to 17:1 has stopped though. My o2 sensor seems to be working, 14.7 at closed loop, and it goes to like 26.6 at decel when the comp cuts the fuel. Its the stock o2 sensor, its not the most accurate thing in the world, but spiking to 17 and maintaining 15 is lean. I know that the o2 is pretty much rich or lean, i want to be on the lean side. Id catch the afr reading like 13.8~13.5 after i closed the throttle and the red square went to the lowest possible deflection.

Have i reached the limit on my injectors?

CN: Im making changes to the fueling with the pp6 but not seeing much change with the afr. Whats the deal?

I agree that the stock o2 is crap. Its rich or lean pretty much. I just cant get on the rich side at all though.

3rd on the stock 02. Get a wideband.

Are you using Stock 2.2 injectors?
Are you using the stock 2.2 MAF?

Is everything the same, but the displacement?

Just wondering....

Im on the stock 2.2 injectors. I believe they are 220cc and good for around 200whp @5psi with a turbo from what ive read. Im on the stock map sensor. I only swapped in the engine with head work and cams. Im using my stock 2.2 intake manifold.

Your MAF sensor is the same as an RS so it's not a problem. (I've read it's the same as a Ver 6 as well)

Well your injectors may be 220cc. I belive stock WRX injectors are 440? That motor only produces 227 hp and I belive that the stock injectors are only good for a little bit more.

I think 220 will run out of fuel quite fast.
Even with stock RS injectors, most "turbo kits" had to use a 5th injector.

I didnt expect to run out of injector with this swap. I see that rallitek no longer has the 5th injector on their webstie either. That could have been a cheaper fix. I'll get in contact with rallitek and see what they think of the situation. Are all widebands $300? I'll try and find a used one first. I guess i need a wideband to confirm that i am running out of fuel.
