question in power fc ecu - Subaru Impreza GC8 & RS Forum & Community: RS25.com

i live in ny, and trying to purchase a car on this forum, the silver rs from OH/KY..anyways its runnin power fc, in order to get that inspected in ny i need ot hook up to obd2 or 1 plug to inspect, now does the power fc merge into the obd2 port? will it get a signal even? or what way aorund this to make it work?
