are differents between a v7 jdm sti and a uk sti model engine ?

what is the standard amount of hp on a uk model 265hp?

when you put a jdm wiring loom and ecu on a uk sti model engine is it going to put out 280hp

or is the 280hp because in japan there driving on 100oct and in uk on lower oct. fuel?

afaik, The engines are identical.

Power output is actually 280PS in Japan (equates to about 276HP)

Changing ECU's is a waste of time and money...the best option is to get a tune for the highest octane you will use on a daily basis.

but i think i bought a uk with a jdm wiring loom and jdm ecu

because there is a VF35 turbo on it and a jdm hase a VF34 is it?

but when i install this when it is really a uk engine

will it do 280hp?

with 100 oct or 98 oct?

wow again you are still out their man, please dont make two threads about the same thing, you could easily asked this in your last thread.. also it depends on your tune, supporting mods, what fuel you use, and a load of other options, at 100% stock witch is kind of hard to relate because its not going into stock chassy im guessing, i think you will hit just under 280, is it possable for you to make 280 off of it, yes.. but again that all depends on your supporting mods, tune, boost, fuel, and everything else,
