Default Recycling wiring harness

Hey guys, I have the majjority of my 98 RS wiring harness left over from the swap. There are too many missing pieces to sell it for use but I want to recycle it. How much would a harness worth of copper wire/ connectors fetch?

#2 copper is only #0.40/lb around here....Chinese quit buying so much of it, so the price is way-way down.

Yeah, copper isn't worth much at all right now. Not like last summer, when I was getting up to $3.50/lb!

Also, places tend to pay more when it's stripped bare. They would pay less for something like a harness that still has tape, insulation, and connectors attached.

That can be fixed with a little fire action. Ever seen the wire harness out of a car after it burnt down?

Keep it around. You never know when you need a pin or connector. Very nice to have around.

I planned to keep some, however I doubt I could use 40 pounds of wire!
