| Yay.. I've finally reached a point where I MUST buy some sort of electronics to keep my car from browing up. Please port there, or my original thread: Bah! MAF voltage too high... Need some electronics. Crossport Had my SC rebuilt and got a nice 2 inch pulley (maybe even smaller) resulting in around 12-15 psi. Installed it and during test runs I got a CEL. I fully expected a Missfire, instead I got a "MAF voltage too high".. basically so much air is going through car thinks MAF broke I guess i'm flattered but that means i have to raid my piggy bank and look for some electronics to handle the newly found Psi. Problem: WOT causes stuttering and general lack of power above 4k. For the last week been driving at 30% throttle, which gets me to 7 psi, but I want to tap the full potential. It's like dating a porn star but never getting past 2nd base. Ideally I'd like to keep it under $800... and this is my first post on the subject of aftermarket ECU. I'm a noob in that area. Your suggestions and questions are welcomed. Car: '98 rs Currently I have an SAFC II, Knock sensor (blue box), Vortex FPR, Walbo... Stock injectors, nice plugs and wires, EGT. What I'm thinking: I guess at some point I'll need new injectors, so I was thinking low impedance side feeds from Supra. (< $100 for 6 vs $400+ for sti) Whatever ECU i'll get will likely rely on Wideband, so I'll be looking for one of these. Again, I welcome your suggestions and questions.

| If you want to wire and get a retune, run a different maf and get a tune; Not quite sure which mafs you can wire in easily (im guessing turbo leggy) but Im sure there is info around... not a fan of ghetto rigging the maf with a resistor...
