Hopefully next week I will get some more time to finish it up. It's been a pretty busy week so I didn't get as much done as I wanted to. I still have to explain all of the sensors, ECM monitors, CEL's and explain how everything works together to give you the best ignition and fuel timing possible. Ever since I've been laid off from work, I've been learning a lot about automotive systems. So it's actually been helpful in a sense. Now it's just trying to find a job at another Subie dealership where I can put all of this information to use.

I'm not doing all of this for the recognition. I'm doing it because I made a lot of friends on RS25 over the short period I have been here. It just seems like this Subaru community is so tight and everyone trys to help everyone in their time of need. And I'm glad to be a part of it. It's strange, but I went to an auto. tech. school, spent 2 years in dealerships, but being on RS25 has been the most educational experience so far.

So I just want to say Thank You to everyone on here that has been such good friends to me! You guys are great and keep up the love for the Subies!

/\ This is the reason I am still a Subaru owner. I love the cars an awful lot but the Subaru community makes me love the car even more. Its great when I have any kind of problem or thought I can search for it and find a lot of people that are willing to help and share thier knowledge. Without this kind of Subaru family I would have gotten frustrated with the car long ago and may not have bought a second one. 99% of my knowledge on Subarus have come from ol RS25.com and I'm always learning more. Its also a good feeling to help someone out with a problem you have had or have read about.

Excellent write up Solbey. I love reading stuff like this. Even though I already know most of it I still learn stuff and it makes my whole understanding clearer. You gotta know how it all works together if you want to fix it yourself.

Are you going to go into how each sensor works and why it is there?

Thanks for the kind words! And yes I am going to explain each sensor and how it affects the ECM. I should have some more time Wednesday and Friday. Things have just been busy around here ever since I started on this thing! It's getting a little frustrating. But hopefully I can get some good quality time to work on it this week.
