| I don't really like when people put Chevy motors in everything. An LSx motor in a Fiero is cool. I have even seen a Cadillac North star in the back of an Eclipse and that was sweet. I‘ve seen a turbo Ford 5.0 stuffed in a piece O' Shit 92 Honda civic that was converted to RWD that was kind of cool but when someone shoe horns a Chevy motor into anything he finds laying around it just annoys the shit out of me. I respect some of the ingenuity that goes into it but most of the time it is just retarded. On a side note the Honda was hillbilly too. I guess my biggest problem is when people cross the “bloodlines” like a Chevy motor in a Jaguar or an S2000 motor in an AE86. Now something like a 13b in a Miata or an RWD RB26 powered Maxima those are cool to me. Hell even a Chevy v8 stuffed in a Chevette can be cool. Just throwing my .02 out there.

| ^^What about LSX powered RX-7's. The LSX is a far more reliable powerplant than the turbo rotary the mazda has. I guess I just don't see anything wrong with improving a car with a more powerful and far more reliable motor. |

| I understand the attraction of the SB Chevy powered RX-7's but I have seen plenty of 500 plus horsepower 13b's I mean look at Puerto Rico. They love rotaries they put ‘em in everything. As far as all the old Z cars I think there is enough support for the SR20 and RB25 and RB26 to make those better options. Even the original motors get lots of love. I did know a guy who took a 1986 non-turbo 300zx and was making a "350 Z". He had badges and everything but then the 350Z's showed up and he mostly lost interest. I think some of my hatred come comes from me being a huge Ford fan when I was younger and you can only so 350/350 combos in old Ford steel before you want to blow your brains out. I guess it’s just the good ole boy in me. PS don’t get me started on Chevy motors in Mustangs that shit drives me insane. PPS this guy's WRX has been on the web forever and I don't know if anyone has ever seen what it can really do.

Crazy swaps So, what turned you from someone who appreciates a lot of hard work and ingenuity into a bigot?

![]() pretty bad ass swap, definitley different. It'd be a good idea if he's setting up a drift car, soo much more reliable. I liked th volvo wagon with the LS1 swap. just awesome to look at and hear. can't find the vid at the moment though. | |
