I will be replace the headgasket's in a week or two and I was wondering what other part's you may recommend replacing at this time. I have 157,xxx miles on my car and it's an 01 2.5rs. I have replaced the water pump this past summer so that should be good.

Cam seals, oil pump seals, possibly the rear main seal...

Check the seals on the power steering pump...

Also, I forgot to add...where do you recommend getting the parts?

All seals. You are taking the motor out. You will have it apart to do the HG. T-belt, tensioner, idlers if they are bad. What is your clutch like?

Mods to do while it is apart. Grp-N motor mounts, get cams reground, LW FW, steering rack bushings.

Agreed on all of the above. If there's any bearing noise in the idlers at all, replace them. Replace the tensioner just because. Subaru uses shitty tensioners that knock like crazy when they get some miles.

If the clutch has never been done, do it. Soooo much easier.
