Bumping my old thread. Just saw a bad ass evo tonight and it made me think of this. Old but still great to watch. Keep in mind this car is not gutted (full factory inerior dd street car)

I know I'm a car noob but what is this guy doing that no one else has figured out? Isn't it ideal to have a fast DD with a backseat and headliner and not cf everywhere or a giant cop-attracting wing (etc)? Or did this guy just simply pour gargantuan portions of $$$ into his engine?

I love how it looks nothing like a drag car sans the tires.
