| Okay here are some pictures I finally too of the wide rear bumper. Leaving it wrapped up to keep any damage from happening while it's in my room. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -Gaddis

| You're telling me? I slept with the bumper next to me for like 3 weeks. What I need ot do is clear the aluminum cans. Been collecting for the past like 9 months and I get an average of 5-15 can each day at work. Only problem with that is like 3/5ths are crushed or non redeem ones so they are weight valued at the local metal yard. Have you seen values of late? Anywho I need ot sort 1/2 of them so i can bring the cans in. -Gaddis

| I'm going to continue keeping an eye on this. I'm planning an EG33 in the next few years (picking up banshees hopefully later this month/beginning a next month). Mine will be NA as well (I like turbo, but don't know crap about it, and only a fair amount about NA) and i'm hoping to build along the lines of EFILogics' Impreza. Although my plans for mine are pretty much build a track beast that I can drive on the street. At that point, I just want to hit up track days with it. |

| Yeah, I read through the entire post on here today (all 29 pages...) and most of the one on NASIOC (which seemed to center more on the EZ line of motors). I'm not terribly worried about numbers, just going to have some fun and have something different. I'm definitely not afraid to spend the money, although 100k in a 10 year old car is a little more than i'd be looking at. |

| I hear ya. I come from the Honda side of things where it's a little easier, but still has all the caveats and hang ups once you get into the fiddly bits. The EG doesn't seem terrible aside from the wiring. And when I actually swap, it'll be when I have another reliable mode of transport, so i'll have plenty of time to ponder problems and issues that come up. I love the EZ, and the 30R was my first choice for the swap, but I couldn't justify the price for an EZ (basically what I paid for the impreza in darn good shape) and Banshee gave me a killer deal on the EG. Now I just need to buddy up with EFI Logics and see what kind of information they can give me. A 3.5 stroker is probably a bit more than I want to do, but i'd ultimately like to run some ITBs on it. Honestly though, the big IM on the EG is just damn sexy in an impreza. Good luck with your project, I know how difficult it can be to keep going on a big one like this. I'm just now finishing up selling my old Honda build parts (had about 4k of a 8k build) when I realized it just wasn't the right time in my life for such a project. Look forward to updates. |

| I"m doing it again! I'm possible changing my mind!Anywho ever the one to change my mind I may be trying to price out the difference of just finding a T-boned or blown motor 06/07 STi and scavange the whole under body and such rather than sourcing all the parts seperate and just do the 6speed now rather than later. Gonna start looking into this as an option and talking to ECS again about their thoughts and pricings. I don't have the space right now to strip down the STi and hold onto all the part-out parts to sell that I don't use so if they can offer credit towards the work for parts left from the car and motor left over(EZ30R>EJ257 IMHO) -Gaddis
