another motor gobbled up by Mobil 1
looks like its comming along nicely....hopefully i can keep my 2.5na for a couple more years. Good choice on swapping tho, you wont regret it just dont use mobil 1 in your swap!

oh yea, something else i just remembered to put on here: my engine got hot enough to melt half the label off my oil filter.....pictures when possible.

did you have an aftermarket oil filter on it? i've heard that because the non-subaru oil filters are larger, they sit too close to the headers and will actually boil the oil in the filter

I had a WIX filter, which is pretty small. I'm getting a camera today, ill shoot some pic when i can.




PS - if anyone has a stock STI axleback, i have one thats been modded to fit a NA gc and am looking for a trade, since id rather run stock exhaust at first.
