Does the silencer make it quiet or does it still have the nice boxer rumble?

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to order just the resonated mid-pipe? I've had a non-resonated Stromung on my car for six years, and when I added a Borla header things got slightly obnoxious.

If you are catless, the silencer doesnt do anything except restrict flow!

I was driving thru a neighborhood yesterday with mine and i managed to set off 6 different alarms!!!LOL I was only doing 25mph. BUt with stock cats i dont think it would be too too loud!
