I have enjoyed seeing many beautiful Scoobies here over the years so I thought I'd jump into the fray.

Took her into a speed shop in Jan 2003 (not a typo) and she's now been on the road for good for about two weeks now. She was in the swap process ever since.

I'll put some more pictures up later once I figure out how to blank out license plates.

She has a full drivetrain from MY2004 JDM Ver8 2.0 with stock VF37 twin scroll turbo. 6 speed, R180, yada yada yada...

Not sure what kind of dyno but she registered 270AWHP on it where a stock CDM STi registers 225AWHP. The engine is basically brand new with no miles on it so I'm going to drive it a bit before turning up the wick.

Stock STi exhaust too because I like it quiet... too bad performance has to suffer and call me crazy but I like to be able to talk in the car.

ok, so why did it take that long? what type of problems did you run into? money? engine? parts? most shops can bust out a swap in a few weeks

Well it's a very long story (as you can imagine) but basically it all boils down to the fact that I was referred to a shop that went out of business and was ripped off by another shop.

I'm yet to be a fan of the morettes on any car. Other then that......... your shaggin' wagon has got to be one of the sexiest wagons I have ever seen. Very well done. I wish I could say, "Well at least it was worth the wait"... but that's too much of a wait for me.

Keep us updated once you get her dyno'd!

EDIT: Not one of the sexiest. I'm sorry. I really do mean SEXIEST WAGON I've seen.
