Thoes aren't vents. They cut the quarter panels out to fit a wide body.

Yeah the outside color is different than the inside and it is rumored to be three different colors.

It is a true WRC prepped Prodrive rally car so the vents wouldn't be there. Plus, in the first post it says "mid-mounted radiator".
