i took the plunge. i bought the supposed "new 901" (vx2) from litecigusa dot com. I hope it wasn't a bad choice. You guys are right too. The worst part is the wait for the package!

What the difference? I've seen the difference in the 901 atomizers but has anything else changed?

equivalent to traditionals:varies upon each individual an how they use it.

Battery content: 180mAH

Normal working voltage: 3.3---4.2V

Fully charged battery can keep for: 300puffs ( 1.5 cartridges)

Charge time: 1.5-2 hours.

Battery life: more than 300 times.
---
I'm beginning to think it's not the "new" 901. To me, it looks like litecigusa created their own version of the 901. Its supposed to have longer battery life and produce more vapor. The parts are also not interchangeable with 901 which further convinces me its not the new 901. It seems you gotta buy all replacement parts from litecigusa. I guess if it works great though, I'll have no qualms. I'll post my thoughts when I receive it.

Sweet, keep us posted man. The ones we are getting from Widowsbead are the old ones. But mine has been working pretty flawlessly since I got it. My first atomizer just went out yesterday, oddly enough after I dropped it pretty hard, and one of my batteries went dead, but that was replaced.

I woke up this morning short of breath and started to hack up the most lung butter i've seen in awhile from that 1 cig. Another thing to love about the E-cig, no more lung butter in the morning.

Anyway I have more E-juice on the way and the parts to build my Magnum should be here by the end of the week. I'm really starting to hate the stock batteries now, they dont last that long and take forever to recharge. Also one of them stays on after i'm done taking a drag and goes into safe mode so i cant hit it again for about 30 seconds. I'm gonna use that one to build my Magnum. I'll post up some pics when its done.
how the hack did you vapor the whole bottle in a few weeks? i got mine before you and you are already done with yours. im going to try to vapor more than smoke....grrr

I vap about 2ml a day so a 15ml bottle of menthol will be gone in about a week. I ordered a 50ml of menthol so that should last me a majority of a month. i defiantly vap more than i used to smoke.

Been watching this thread and the FDA's stance.
I have a lecture today on smoking cessation.
It will be interesting to see if the doc knows about this and get his/her take on it.

Cool, please let us know! If we can get more support from the medical side of things, that will certainly help our case.

man...reading this thread almost makes me wish I didnt quit altogether... I'm still on the Chantix, been quit for about a month and a half....but, boy, do I miss my nicotine...

I dont miss the wasted money though

Best of luck to all you guys though...I feel so much better now that I'm not smoking...and I dont cough every 5 minutes either. Sounds like the eCig is doing the same for the rest of you!

It is! Congrats to you man! Some guy I talked to last week said he was going on that Chantix said the success rate was 80%... all I could think about was, is it a *REAL* 80%? Or is it 80% by the Medical Field's estimation? Either way, I'd bet the success rate is much higher for eCigs, so even if it doesn't work for you, you now know that you have a fallback plan.
