Hey guys thank you very much for all the help.. I ended up taking the rotors to my Dad he is a machinist and had him check the inside diameter against factory specs and found they were 10 thousandths of and inch to thick on one and 15 thousandths on the other. Long story short I was loosing my mind and it turned out the parts were wrong and I got it fixed.
